Permanent Part Time Ecommerce Exec (In-person)

Roles & Responsibilities

At Apogee Collective, we are a Singaporean Femtech start-up, curating our own sexual wellness brands, Genvie and Hedonist. We empower people to be sexually liberated guided by one’s true pleasure.

Responsibilities

• Check CS on email, Shopify inbox, whatsapp and reply to customers
• Check & manage Shopify and pack orders for same day, instant deliveries & self pickup orders
• Call lalamove driver to deliver parcels
• Manage self pick up orders
• Whatsapp blast for new customers

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• No experience needed
• Passion for sexual wellness industry
• Open minded and self starter
• Detail oriented
• Can commit for long term (at least 1 year)

Salary

• 2-3 half-days a week * $12 / hr
• at least one work day a week is on weekend
• working hours only in the afternoon (usually 2-6pm)
• In-person at our office at Tanjong Pagar . Some flexibility in days, depending on roster schedule.
