JOB DESCRIPTION

The Compliance Officer is responsible for crafting, reviewing, and submitting essential documents to align with regulations from LGU like OBO, DENR, NWRB, DSHUD, BIR, SEC, BOC, BOF, ROD, and Assessors Office. The role demands frequent interactions with internal stakeholders and representatives from government bodies. It involves monitoring regulatory updates, ensuring internal alignment, physically processing documentation, and maintaining a favorable rapport with agencies and local government units. The position requires frequent travel within the greater part of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu area including Cebu Provinces.

1. Education and Training
   • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture or related fields;
