Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the licensing and permitting process
  • Communicate and liaise with relevant government and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for permits and licenses
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to licensing and permitting requirements and regulations
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues that may arise during the licensing or permitting process
  • Process Barangay Clearance for Business Permit
  • Process and Transacting Business Permits and License Office
  • Transacting to the City Treasurer’s Office
  • Transacting to City Administrator Office
  • Transacting to City Council Office
  • Transacting to the Bureau of Internal Revenue
  • Process Tax Clearances
  • 0605 Payment and Certification
  • Prepare and Register Book of Account
  • Process ATP (for manual ticket)
