Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Permit Processing: Handling applications for business permits, sanitary permits, fire safety certificates, and zoning clearances.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring changes in regulations and ensuring company compliance with local, state, and, if applicable, national laws.

  • Liaison Work: Coordinating with Local Government Units (LGUs) and national agencies (SEC, BIR, etc.) for permit approvals.

  • Document Management: Preparing, submitting, and organizing all necessary legal and technical documentation.

  • Renewal & Tracking: Monitoring license expiration dates to ensure timely renewals.

  • Inspection Assistance: Facilitating government inspections and audits of business establishments.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Head or Management.
