Permitting Lead – Hammond Reef Project (ONT00053)

Reporting to the Manager, Environmental Permitting, Major Projects, the Permitting Lead will be part of the Permitting Department. The role ensures that project goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead permitting processes for all major projects and support the site environmental team with authorisations of regular activities.
• Provide proactive planning, preparation, and submission of regulatory permitting requirements, operating permits and licences, in alignment with the Hammond Reef Project operations plan and new development projects.
• Liaise with various project teams to coordinate permit and approval sequencing to meet project timelines and deliverables.
