PERMITTING OFFICER
The Permitting Officer is responsible for managing and timely compliance of all permits and licenses required to support the project and business development of the Company as well as the operations of the Project Companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the owner, custodian and focal point for all regulatory/statutory permits and requirements. Ensure all proofs of compliance are kept for easy retrieval, review and audit (corporate memory). Ensure that all original documents are properly safekept in the Company’s central records per policy. Implement a monitoring and documentation system, using tools/technology; review the monitoring tools for continuous improvement. Ensure submission of all requirements for permits and licenses and that these are obtained, updated, and renewed accordingly and in a timely manner.
