I'm looking for an experienced architectural drafter or architect to recreate a set of remodel plans based on existing drawings I have access to. The original plans were created by a previous owner/architect who has withdrawn from the project and has not released the rights for further use, including submission to the city for permits. These original drawings are copyright-protected, so the task involves carefully copying and adapting the key elements to produce a new set of drawings that I will own outright.
