Program Objective

PERSOL ELEVATE Programme 2026 is designed to equip unemployed Diploma and Degree Holders with the skills needed for real employment opportunities to explore career pathways in the Machinery & Equipment, Digital & Technology, and Semiconductor sectors

What’s the Program About?

• 1 month of online training in technical & soft skills
• 3 months of hands‑on job placements (OJT) with leading companies

Participants are required to complete their On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) with their preferred host companies .
