Admin Executive and Personal Assistant (Open For Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the Director.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and correspondence effectively.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and assist with reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Organize meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
  • Conduct basic research and information gathering when required.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
