Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and correspondence effectively.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and assist with reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Organize meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Conduct basic research and information gathering when required.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
