Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organised Personal Assistant with good communication skills to support daily administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. This role involves drafting emails, coordinating magazines, interacting with clients, managing calendars, sending reminders, and scheduling meetings . The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.


Key Responsibilities

Communication & Email Management

  • Draft, format, and send professional emails
  • Handle daily communication with clients, magazine partners, and internal teams
  • Check emails regularly and respond or forward as required
  • Maintain proper email records and follow-up communication


Calendar, Meetings & Reminders

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars
  • Schedule meetings and send calendar invites
  • Set reminders for meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Reschedule meetings when needed and inform all parties


Client & Magazine Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients for updates, requirements, and approvals
  • Assist with magazine-related communication and coordination
  • Track client information, tasks, and timelines
  • Ensure smooth communication between the team and clients


Task Follow-up & Office Support

  • Follow up on assigned tasks and pending work
  • Maintain to-do lists and update task status
  • Assist in preparing basic reports, notes, and documents
  • Support daily office and administrative activities


Record & Confidential Data Management

  • Maintain files, documents, and records properly
  • Handle confidential information professionally and securely
  • Organise digital and physical records


Additional Assistant Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external contacts
  • Assist in planning meetings, events, and office activities
  • Support senior management with routine assistance work
  • Handle basic personal assistance tasks when required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Ability to draft clear and professional emails
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, Excel, Calendar tools)
  • Organised, punctual, and responsible
  • Willingness to learn and grow
