Job Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO including business and personal.
  • Provide direct support to project teams to assist managing and controlling costs and budgets.
  • Manage and maintain CEO's appointments and schedules.
  • Handling CEO's incoming emails, review and initiate replies on behalf.
  • Regular updates to CEO on the status of issues.
  • Flight bookings, travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
  • Update CEO's bank account statement and payment schedule (bookkeeping and balance sheet).
  • Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspect for company meetings and events.
  • Prepare and submit CEO's expenses claims.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Admin Executive

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and records management in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other internal documents.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Able to travel where required
  • To assist in all aspects of CEO work in the Group where required
  • Only Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident needs apply.
