**PART TIME FOR THE FIRST 3-6 MONTHS!**
**Activities**
- Coordinates internal and external meetings.
- Take control of calls from the immediate boss, make and coordinate appointments, organize documents
- Support in the preparation of reports or special presentations.
- Answer phone calls and take note of internal or external messages
- Performs other administrative tasks such as: preparation of documents and presentations, selects and answers correspondence and calls. Also planning travel and arranging other events.
**Requirements**:
- English minimum 90%. Both oral and written.
- At least 1 year of previous experience.
- Knowledge to use computer and/or office equipment.
- Time availability.
- Be proactive.
- Being outgoing
- Indispensable Bachelor's degree completed or in process
- Indispensable knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
