Job Description

Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Directors and a team of Advisors, Accountants and Bookkeepers. Your prior experience working within a varied and busy professional office will assist you be a true partner to the Directors you support. High level attention to detail, organizational skills, an ability to work autonomously as well as handling multiple needs that come your way on a daily basis are key requirements of the person taking on this position.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and amending processes and procedures to make the office more efficient on a day to day basis
  • Day-to-day diary management including scheduling meetings
  • Creating and formatting proposals and presentations
  • Preparing letters, reports and high-level formatting
  • Working closely with marketing team on event management and organization
