The role
As Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, this role is focussed on providing support, coordination, and assistance at a high level. This position also works with other business units when time permits and has great visibility across the organisation. With a varied remit including assisting with meetings and events, you will enjoy the variety this role offers. This is a great opportunity for a career PA to take the next step in their professional path and work with an organisation who values their important contribution to a smooth running team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level administration support
  • Preparing upcoming meetings/events
  • Assisting with writing/note-taking and compiling presentation material
  • Monitor and manage Executive Director e-mail traffic, diary, and enquiries
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Finance reconciliations relevant to the Executive Directors send
  • Coordinate requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research where required
  • Screen and receive calls and visitors

About you
This role would suit a seasoned Personal Assistant, with several years of PA experience, who is ready for the next step in their career. Alternatively you may be a polished administrator who has been looking to step in to a PA role.  Ideally, you will have had exposure to handling confidential matters and you are a confident communicator, used to managing matters for a Senior Executive. You can work independently to deadlines and have excellent time management and organisation skills. You are adept at managing competing priorities and exhibit a range of problem-solving skills.
