Virtual Assistant (CRM & Lead Follow-Up)
We're looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with daily administrative and communication tasks.
Main responsibilities:
Update and manage contacts in HubSpot CRM
Follow up with new leads
Follow up after meetings
Schedule calls and appointments
Keep all communication organized in the CRM
Assist with small daily tasks as needed
Requirements:
Good written and spoken English
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with daily follow-ups and communication
Experience with HubSpot (preferred)
This is an ongoing role for someone dependable who can communicate clearly and stay organized.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
