Key Responsibilities

• Collect information such as hotels, tourist attractions, and plan trips for family or guests in Japan
• Manage restaurant bookings in Tokyo for both family and business lunches or dinners
• Assist with external engagements, including translation, appointment scheduling, and communication with third parties
• Independently handle ad-hoc assignments efficiently and provide timely updates
