Job Title: Personal Assistant

 Location: (Delhi)


 Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support (individual’s
name or designation). The ideal candidate will handle administrative, organizational, and
personal tasks, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality. 


Key Responsibilities


:
 Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle
correspondence


 Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transportation.
 Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the
employer. 


 Task Management: Organize daily tasks, reminders, and to-do lists. 


 Personal Errands: Handle shopping, reservations, and other personal tasks as needed. 


 Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain files, prepare reports, and organize
important documents. 


 Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, meetings, and gatherings. 


 Liaison Duties: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.


 Requirements: 


 Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 


 Experience: Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. 


 Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Problem-solving and adaptability.


 Experience in FMCG 


 Preferred Qualifications: 


 Multilingual abilities


 Driver’s license
