Job Overview
Control access to the Director through managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments, and acting as the first point of contact, hence allowing the Director to spend maximum time on strategic tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Work directly with the Director to support all aspects of his daily work routine, keeping the Director advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and showroom visits. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
- Receive, screen and direct incoming enquiries, visitors, mail and email with tact and diplomacy
- Prepare supporting documents and presentations for business discussions
