The Company

Our client is a leading investment group in Hong Kong, and they are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the senior management.

The Role

* Provide full range of professional and high quality administrative and secretarial support on personal and family affairs for senior management and the family
* Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
* Handle itineraries, flight and hotel arrangements, visas and forex processing for the team
* Coordinate and administer the logistics associated with the board meetings
* Provide assistance on presentation materials preparation
* Track business expenses and prepare expense reports
* Assist in office administration duties
