Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Assist in day-to-day business operations related to property and construction projects.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and follow up on project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Own transport
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range

RM 3,500 – RM 5,500 (based on performance)
