Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel
- Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare professional documents—presentations, reports, agendas
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Offer general administrative support based on executive needs
Requirements
- A-level / Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency a strong plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
