Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare professional documents—presentations, reports, agendas
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Offer general administrative support based on executive needs

Requirements

  • A-level / Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
