We're looking for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director — handling both business and personal matters with professionalism, efficiency, and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities


Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Translate, draft, and proofread documents, emails, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.
  • Act as a point of contact and communication link between the Director to internal and external.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Operations & Coordination

  • Support day-to-day business operations, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
  • Manage basic administrative duties, email correspondence, and documentation.

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business and personal trips (both Singapore and Malaysia).
  • Support with personal appointments, errands, and ad hoc requests.


What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — strong translation and communication skills required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, with good working knowledge of MS Office and mobile productivity tools.
  • Valid class 3 driving license.
