Job Description

Manage HO diary, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely responses to meeting requests. Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel for team members, including flights and accommodation; prepare detailed itineraries, manage travel approvals. Submitt accurate expense reports in a timely manner. Organise and supporte events such as All Hands meetings and other team activities. Act as the primary point of contact between the HO and internal/external stakeholders, facililiting effective communication. Budget Oversight and Administrative Management. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
