  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes.

  • Assist in project management duties, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.

  • Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.

  • Perform additional tasks as required by the executive team.
