Role Overview
We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO—a high-trust, private-side role that blends executive lifestyle support, operational discipline, and personal brand coordination.
This is not a secretarial or administrative job.
You’ll act as a behind-the-scenes operator, ensuring the CEO’s home, travel, personal digital presence, and daily rhythm run with discipline, discretion, and foresight.
This is a personnel-heavy role. You’ll directly coordinate with multiple internal and external individuals—from household staff and vendors to admin teams, drivers, event managers, and tech support. People management, follow-ups, and execution hygiene are core to success.
This is not a 9-to-5 role. It requires initiative, urgency, and emotional maturity to support a founder in a high-growth, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Hospitality Management
- Handle end-to-end domestic and international travel—bookings, visas, itineraries, calendars
- Ensure seamless execution of schedules, including multi-city and multi-time-zone coordination
- Build contingency plans for disruptions (reschedules, cancellations, lost baggage, emergency travel)
- Track and optimise loyalty programs: flight miles, hotel memberships, concierge privileges
- Manage hospitality for guests, family, and stakeholders across business and personal settings
Home & Lifestyle Operations
- Act as House Manager for the CEO’s residence
- Supervise daily staff coordination, cleaning schedules, repair services, and vendor visits
- Oversee daily meal planning based on CEO’s dietary preferences and travel calendar
- Coordinate with cooks and nutritionists to ensure meals align with health goals
- Track and maintain inventory and procurement for both home and personal workspaces
- Coordinate with household vendors for maintenance, repairs, AMC follow-ups
- Manage petty cash, bill folders, reimbursements, and payment tracking
- Liaise with internal admin and finance teams as required
- Coordinate between building staff, drivers, security, service providers, tech support, and legal teams
- Ensure timely renewal of utilities, warranties, and services (internet, subscriptions, etc.)
- Book and manage restaurant reservations, VIP hosting, and lifestyle concierge
- Renew and track usage of gym, club, and lifestyle memberships
Personnel & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage daily schedules and SOPs for household staff, drivers, and third-party vendors
- Be the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders in the CEO’s personal ecosystem
- Resolve personnel conflicts, manage escalations, and track task completion
- Ensure alignment, discipline, and follow-through across individuals and teams involved in personal-side operations
Personal Communication & Social Media Support
- Draft and manage personal social media posts related to family, values, and legacy
- Handle select inbound communication—Whats App, email, notes—for personal connections
- Uphold a high standard of language, tone, and public presentation
- Collaborate with design and content teams for visual collateral
Celebrations & Relationship Management
- Maintain a database of birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones for the CEO’s inner circle
- Handle personalised gifting and celebratory messaging—ensuring accuracy and emotional relevance
- Track seasonal gifting and event-based schedules - Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc.
Brand & Legacy Coordination
- Support the CEO’s personal brand through content, invites, thank-you notes, and event prep
- Organise documents and collateral related to awards, appearances, and recognitions
- Plan and manage wardrobe coordination and grooming for events, shoots, and public outings
- Maintain digital folders for photos, press clippings, and brand assets
Who You Are
Must-Have Experience
- 3–5 years in a high-trust, HNI-facing or personal assistant role
- Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders, including home staff and external vendors
- Excellent written communication and operational coordination skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Share Point
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; bonus if trained in hospitality, event, or executive operations

- Total Salary: ₹12,00,000 per annum
- Fixed Annual Salary: ₹10,00,000
