Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
* Manage the Ops Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel with accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate and prioritise incoming communication, emails, and requests; respond or redirect as needed.
* Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
* Ensure timely reminders and support in staying ahead of schedules and deadlines.
2. Operational Coordination
* Assist in monitoring ongoing projects led by the Operations team and provide status updates.
* Liaise with internal teams to collect reports, data, and operational insights required by Ops Manager
* Follow up with teams on assigned tasks, ensuring progress and timely completion.
* Support in process management, documentation, and workflow optimisation.
