Job Responsibilities :
•Coordinate
and manage the director's calendar, including scheduling appointments,
meetings, and personal commitments.
•Prepare
and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and
professionalism.
•Act as a
primary point of contact for the director, managing their correspondence,
calls, and inquiries, both for professional and personal matters.
•Assist in
managing personal and professional expenses, ensuring timely submission of
receipts and reimbursement claims.
•Manage
personal tasks and errands for the director, such as travel arrangements,
reservations, and personal appointments.
•Ability
to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict
confidentiality.
•Flexibility
to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.
•A
positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative.
