Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with CTO and follow-up on action and Travel with CTO for Metting and seminar's.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus
