Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with CTO and follow-up on action and Travel with CTO for Metting and seminar's.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus
