Job Summary

The Personal Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive administrative, coordination, and logistical support to senior management. The role requires high levels of confidentiality, organisation, responsiveness, and flexibility, including responsibility for driving and transportation arrangements during business activities and travel.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements for senior management
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups

Travel & Logistics Support

  • Arrange business travel, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Provide on-site support during business trips, meetings, or corporate events when required
