About the role: 

Our client require a highly computer literate and customer focussed Administrator and Personal Assistant to join their team. In this busy and diverse role you will work alongside a management team assisting with daily administration duties and provide a high level of customer service to students, parents and staff.  
 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Provide assistance to the principal and head of department 
  • Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone  
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, parents and students  
  • Diary, calendar and timetable management for individuals and the school  
  • Event preparation and coordination  
  • Produce documents and reports  
  • Prepare, distribute and record correspondence as needed 
  • Record and administer school attendance 
  • Adhoc administration support  

Requirements :  

  • Must hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain 
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills 
  • Tech savvy a must 
  • Must learn to use internal CRM, Compass 
  • Professional, caring, and compassionate yet self-motivated and driven 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, OneDrive 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively  
  • Ability to work Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday until 3:00pm 
  • Experience in a similar role within education highly regarded
