About the Role

Milan Properties Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and driven Personal Assistant / Project Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and strategic initiatives of our thriving property development company.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist and provide support to Director's daily tasks and project management.

Involve in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.

Coordinate admin works with project consultants, building contractors, lawyers and regulatory bodies.

Assist Director monitor sales agent's sales progress and coordinate admin works (eSPA details, stamping date etc) and other documentation.

Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Coordinate project documentation and keep track of drawings submitted.
