We are seeking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our Chairman. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.





Job Description

i) Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman and family or extended family members.

ii) To ensure that the Chairman’s and the family members calendars are updated timely to capture all their appointments, dining arrangements, flight schedules and meetings.

iii) Arrange travel arrangements (flight, hotel, visa, transport, dining etc) including for Private Jet as required.

iv) Facilitate meetings (including taking meeting minutes, equipment set-up, sending reminders), workshops, conferences, seminars, events, business-related activities, and organizing catering when necessary.
