Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a Executive Senior Financial Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a financial planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and learn about the behind-the-scenes processes that support high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Executive Senior Financial Consultant
  • Maintain and update client records in the database with accuracy
  • Source and compare general insurance quotations
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, form filling, and appointment scheduling
  • Ensure timely and organized handling of all tasks to meet the consultant's workflow and priorities

Requirements:

  • Entry-level cadidates are welcome
  • Singaporean and Permanent Residents ONLY
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or familiarity with insurance operations is a plus, but not mandatory
