About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to support the Founder across daily operations, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups. This role requires discretion, clarity, and strong organisational skills, and is critical in ensuring the Founder's time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management
  • Manage the Founder's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely reminders
  • Plan and optimise daily schedules to avoid conflicts and overload
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams, clients, and partners
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, messages, and basic communication on behalf of the Founder
  • Follow up on pending conversations, approvals, and deliverables
Task & Priority Management
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain to-do lists and priority trackers
  • Ensure deadlines and commitments are not missed
Travel & Logistics
  • Assist with travel planning, bookings, and itineraries when required
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or shoots
Documentation & Records
  • Organise documents, files, and important information
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and conversations
Ad-hoc & Executive Support
  • Handle urgent or time-sensitive requests efficiently
  • Provide day-to-day executive support to enable the Founder to focus on high-priority work
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic tools such as Google Workspace, calendars, and messaging platforms
