Responsibilities
Provide professional secretarial support to CEO on both business and personal matters Organize travel arrangement for CEO, his family members, senior staffs including flight, hotel booking and visa application Manage the daily schedule of the boss, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate and plan events, dinners, and parties Handle administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and filing documents Manage household staff contracts, including hiring new employees as needed Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
