Responsibilities




  • Provide professional secretarial support to CEO on both business and personal matters

  • Organize travel arrangement for CEO, his family members, senior staffs including flight, hotel booking and visa application

  • Manage the daily schedule of the boss, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate and plan events, dinners, and parties

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and filing documents

  • Manage household staff contracts, including hiring new employees as needed

  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment

  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Requirements




  • Form 5 / Diploma or above, with formal secretarial training

  • Minimum 5 years' solid experience to serve senior executiv...
