Job Description

The Personal Care Aide (PCA), is an essential member of Golden Home Caregivers Corp., reporting directly to the Case Manager. The PCA provides hands‑on personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. The PCA monitors client conditions and ensures that any changes are promptly reported to the Case Manager. The role also involves administering medications according to policy while maintaining professional standards and respecting the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of each client.
