HealthX is seeking 2 Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to work in an aged care facility in Unanderra NSW 2526.

Location: Unanderra NSW 2526.

Hourly rate of $31 - $35 plus shift allowances and super. Pay is in accordance with the Aged Care Award.

You will already know that working in Aged Care is your passion and have a commitment to making a difference. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care.

Duties include:

  • To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents.
  • To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation.
  • To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
  • Provide appropriate care to residents.
  • Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
