We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Personal Care Worker to join our team for PERMANENT shifts in our Aged Care facility near Beechworth, VIC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist in meal preparation and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents.
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
• Ensure a compassionate, respectful, and patient approach in all care interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care 
• At least 6 months of experience in Residential Aged Care 
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships offered)
