Job Overview

We are seeking a Personal Driver to join our team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is located in Ernakulam and Kottayam, requiring one to three years of prior experience. As a Junior-level role, the Personal Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient transport services in alignment with our high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transport services for company executives, clients, and guests.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its optimal functionality and cleanliness.
• Plan efficient routes and manage time effectively to ensure timely arrival and departure at all destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all passenger and company-related information encountered during the course of duty.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks regularly and report any issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Accommodate last-minute scheduling changes or additional stops as requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Foster a positive relationship with passengers through excellent service and professional conduct at all times.
• Assist passengers as needed, including loading and unloading personal belongings or assisting with directions.
