Personal Driver to high-profile individual

To provide support to the superior's daily errands and requirements.

Job Responsibility

• Provide chauffeuring services to the boss

• Chauffeur superior to and from appointments as directed from time to time in a timely manner

• Drive and operate the assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner

• Plan route effectively to ensure shortest and safest route for all destinations

• Keep updated on the daily traffic and weather conditions and determine the most efficient trip.

• Ensure that the car is well maintained and meet all safety requirements

• Upkeep cleanliness of the car (interior and exterior) at all times

• Conduct and carry himself professionally when performing duties as a personal driver to the superior and/or to visitors

• Top-up petrol and ensure the vehicle is in good condition

• Send vehicle for servicing, inspection, and renewal of road tax

• Print out cash card statement and claim monthly expenses for vehicle

• Submit all petrol receipts for invoices

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' personal driver experience (Mercedes S Class or equivalent)

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license with a clean traffic record

• Must be familiar with Singapore roads and navigate with maps or operate GPS efficiently

• Ability to understand and speak English

• Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others

• Attentive, reliable, punctual and road safety conscious

• Good communication skills

• Willing and able to work on weekends, public holidays and after work hours when required (Overtime will be paid)

• Can start immediately preferred
