As a personal finance advisor, you are responsible for developing and maintaining lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. You listen to their needs, offer tailored advice and help them choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals. You work mainly with individual members and businesses, driving results by recommending investments, loans and insurance products. You balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and prudent risk management.
