This is an on-site position based in downtown San Diego, offering a collaborative, team-oriented office environment with direct attorney interaction.
Note
This role requires prior plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience. Candidates without hands-on PI case management experience from intake through settlement or litigation will not be considered.

Job Description
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigationDraft and manage correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and case documentationRequest, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, and damages evidenceCommunicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and expertsTrack statutes of limitation, deadlines, and key litigation milestonesSupport attorneys with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparationAssist with settlement documentation, lien resolution, and case closureMaintain accurate case files and updates within the case management system Qualifications
3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experienceStrong litigation and case management experience from intake through resolutionAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid understanding of civil litigation proceduresProficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Why You’ll Love Working Here
