    This is an on-site position based in downtown San Diego, offering a collaborative, team-oriented office environment with direct attorney interaction.


    Note


    This role requires prior plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience. Candidates without hands-on PI case management experience from intake through settlement or litigation will not be considered.

    Job Description

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation

  • Draft and manage correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and case documentation

  • Request, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, and damages evidence

  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and experts

  • Track statutes of limitation, deadlines, and key litigation milestones

  • Support attorneys with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation

  • Assist with settlement documentation, lien resolution, and case closure

  • Maintain accurate case files and updates within the case management system
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience

  • Strong litigation and case management experience from intake through resolution

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures

  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
