Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining fast turnaround times for required actions.
  • Review and analyze renewal accounts, place coverage to meet client needs, re‑market when required, and quote renewals in line with carrier binding authority to support client retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generating quality leads.
  • Process policy changes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters.
  • Assist and support Producers as required.
  • Process call backs, submissions, and mail in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in performing various assigned tasks.
