Overview

We are seeking an experienced offshore team member with prior hands-on experience in an Australian personal insurance brokerage. This role supports advisers across the full advice lifecycle, from post–fact find through to policy issuance and in-force handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Adviser Support: Work closely with advisers and the sales team to support new business and ongoing client management. Create, manage, and maintain call lists, follow-up schedules, and adviser task lists. Ensure advisers are fully prepared for client calls and meetings, with accurate documentation and notes. Act as a Personal Assistant to advisers, helping prioritise workloads, deadlines, and case progression. Proactively flag bottlenecks, delays, or missing information before they become issues.
