Personal Lines Account Manager

The role:

We’re now looking for a motivated Account Manager (Personal Lines), to join the team here at Jensten Group. You can be based at either our Shipley or Leeds office, and we offer hybrid working options once settled into the role. Reporting to the Team Manager, the main purpose of the role is to work on our Personal Lines book of business, ensuring our existing customers renew and offering them assistance where needed, as well as maximising opportunities to grow the customer base further. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

• Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business. To assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.
