Personal Lines Assistant Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients regarding their policy renewals, and handle queries related to existing policies. Provide quotations for motor, home, farm, Commercial, and travel , advise on mid-term alterations, process claims queries, and ensure timely premium collection. Achieve renewal and new business targets, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional product lines. Develop a good working relationship with our portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. Ensure full compliance with Central Bank regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely outcomes for clients. Skills & Qualities Required: Minimum or 1 years experience in Personal Lines insurance (home, motor, or high net worth preferred but not essential).
