I'm looking for a LinkedIn Profile Manager / Growth Specialist to manage and scale a personal LinkedIn profile, from content strategy to engagement with the goal of increasing reach, visibility, and meaningful conversations.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute a LinkedIn content strategy

• Write and publish high-quality posts

• Optimize profile positioning and sections

• Drive organic reach and engagement

• Engage with relevant creators and communities

• Track performance and suggest improvements

What I'm looking for:

• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm

• Excellent writing & storytelling skills

• Experience in personal branding or ghostwriting (preferred)

• Consistency, creativity, and ownership
