Personal Plan Facilitator - Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

Rate of Pay: $29.48 - $33.30/hr

Bilingual in French and English is required.

Full G license is required.

The Personal Plan Facilitator works with the person using services, their circle of support (including the Karis Disability Services’ team(s) that provides support) to learn about the person and use this information to facilitate the creation of a comprehensive Personal Plan. The plan will address the person’s needs, hopes and dreams with an eye toward building communities of belonging in accordance with the core Values of Karis Disability Services: Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts.
