Personal Planning Coordinator

Reporting to the Personal Planning Lead, the Personal Planning Coordinator will support the development and implementation of collaborative high-quality personal planning practices across services in Fingal and Meath.

Key responsibilities of the role include: 

• Develop and deliver Prosper Group's personal planning process in line with national disability policy, best practice, and Prospers core values.
