Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline the doctor's complex schedule, optimizing patient flow and professional commitments.
• Leverage digital tools (Google Workspace, potential AdWords management) for data analysis, reporting, and strategic outreach.
• Act as a persuasive liaison between the doctor, patients, and referring physicians, enhancing practice visibility and reputation.

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess:

• Impeccable, persuasive, and articulate command of the English language.
• Proven experience as a secretary or practice manager within the Obstetrics & Gynecology department of a reputed hospital.
• High proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and a keen aptitude for learning new systems.
• A discerning eye for detail, impeccable discretion, and a poised, confident demeanor.
